Busting the Immigration Myths
It is interesting to note that there has been a lot of controversy regarding the proposed amnesty reform with the intent of issuing guest worker visas. The fact of the matter is that whenever the issue of immigration comes up there is a always a terse “get rid of them” reaction that prompts us to ask are we throwing out the illegal baby back out with the river water? The LA Times published an intersting piece that shows how many of these knee jerk reactions are actually more emotional than factual.
